Online Returns Policy

At Petite Maison Play, we hope you adore your new cubby house as much as we loved creating it. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • Refunds for change of mind must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges (for a different cubby design) must also be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale items: no refunds for change of mind. Exchange only within 14 days.

  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Products

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or develops a genuine manufacturing fault, we’ll make it right in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Petite Maison Play will offer a refund, exchange or replacement if your item:

  • shows a manufacturing fault,

  • is not fit for purpose,

  • is significantly different from how it was described, or

  • is otherwise in breach of consumer guarantees.

Proof of purchase is required for all faulty claims.

  • If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll provide a refund or replacement.

  • If the item is not deemed faulty, it will be returned to you at your cost.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Eftpos refunds must go back onto the same card used at purchase. Customer name, address, and contact number may be required to process refunds.
