At Petite Maison Play we have created an adjustable rectangle cubby house that will fit over most 4-8 seater rectangle tables. You simply button on your end piece at either 1.6m, 1.8m or 2.0m point and place your cubby over the table.

From here you can leave your end buttoned up and simply fold away when dinner is served or the table is needed for the next activity.

There is a bit of wriggle room for tables a tad longer than 2.0m and a tad shorter than 1.6m.

Oval tables can also fit these cubbies with a little overhang here and there.

What if I change my mind?

No worries at all, we get it! If your cubby isn’t quite the right style or your little one had their heart set on a different design, you can send it back to us.

We cannot return customised / adjusted cubbies. They have been created especially for you, based on your measurements.

Here’s how it works:

• You’ve got 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.
  
• The cubby needs to be unused, with tags and packaging intact (so it can find a new forever home).
  
• For sale items, we can offer an exchange only within 14 days.
  
• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is covered by you.

My order arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?

Oh no! That’s absolutely not the magical unboxing experience we want for you.

If something is wrong with your cubby, please contact us straight away so we can fix it. We’ll arrange an assessment and, if it’s a genuine manufacturing fault, we’ll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is approved and received back with us, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds must go back onto the same card you used at checkout.

Can I return a Petite Maison Play item bought somewhere else?

We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from www.petitemaisonplay.com.au

Should your table be particularly small (Swedish Design) or ready to host a banquet of 10+ people, we have a fixed price adjusting service to get the cubby fitting just right.

*If your table is 1.0m in width (or thereabouts) but longer than 2.10m we recommend you select LENGTH ONLY extension for an additional $70.00

*If your table is wider than 1.1m and longer than 2.10m we recommend you select LENGTH & WIDTH extension for an additional $130.00

No matter which option you select, we will be in touch to confirm measurements and specific needs.

We ship within 1-3 business days once your order is received. Please add an additional 7-10 days if your order is being personalised or adjusted.

We use Australia Post and Sendle.

The average weight of our packages is 2.4kg and postage costs are reflective of this.

We will always stay in touch should there be any delays.

Australian Red Cross accepts quality toys such as teddy bears, puzzles and board games. 

Red Cross also accepts preloved clothing, accessories and shoes in good condition. We encourage parents to donate too! 

If you would gift it to a friend, Red Cross would love to accept it. 

Unfortunately, toys that are battery operated, have missing or broken parts, or that may be a choking hazard cannot be accepted.
