Petite Maison Play Australian Toy Fair Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The Petite Maison Play Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

Entry is limited to residents of Australia only.

2. How to Enter:

To enter the Giveaway, participants must scan the provided QR code using a compatible device.

Participants will be required to provide their full name, company name and a valid email address to complete the entry.

3. Entry Period:

The Giveaway entry period commences on Sunday 11th February 2024 until Friday 16th February 2024 5.00pm AEST

4. Random Selection:

One winner will be randomly selected through a lucky dip process.

The lucky dip will take place no later than Tuesday 20th February 2024.

Each participant is eligible for only one entry into the lucky dip.

5. Notification of Winners:

Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 10 days of the giveaway being drawn.

If a winner does not respond within 5 days of the notification, a new winner may be selected.

6. Prize:

The prize(s) are specified above and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash.

Petite Maison Play reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.

7. Data Privacy:

Personal information collected during entry will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

8. General Conditions:

Petite Maison Play reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway in the event that it becomes necessary.
